The Bible tells us that as followers of Jesus, we get the joy of contributing to God’s kingdom work through sacrificial giving. Our heart also follows our money, so by giving to the kingdom we are setting our mind’s and hearts toward the eternal.

We are very transparent about our finances here at FBB. All members and regular attenders are invited to our quarterly business meetings where a copy of the budget is passed out and discuessed. All financial decitions are made by our Stewardship Committee (composed of a rotation of six church members) and voted on by the church at the annual budget meeting.

The Bible calls all believers to give sacrificially and often. We recognize the Biblical command to give a tenth of your increase (tithe) and believe this is a great place for all believers to start.
