We are excited to have you join us as we celebrate our community, enjoy fellowship, and connect with families from across Holmes County and the surrounding area.

What Do I Need to Know?
What Time Can I Set Up?
Vendor setup begins Sunday at 2:00 PM.
All vehicles and trailers that will not remain in their assigned booth space must be removed from the field by 4:00 PM for the safety of vendors and guests.
Please plan to have your booth fully set up before the event begins at 6:00 PM.
Where Is My Booth Location?
Please refer to the event map below for your assigned booth location.
If you have questions about your location, contact Alex before the event.
What Should I Bring?
Vendors should plan to bring any items needed for their booth, including:
Tent/Canopy
Tables
Chairs
Extension cords (if needed)
Promotional materials
Giveaway items
Trash bags
Please do not assume these items will be provided.
Will Electricity Be Available?
Limited electrical hookups may be available. Please contact us before the event if you require electricity. Availability is not guaranteed.

Can I Pass Out Church Materials?
Absolutely! The purpose of this event is to help churches, ministries, and organizations connect with people in our community. We encourage you to engage with attendees, build relationships, and invite people to your church or ministry.
Can I Change Booth Locations?
Booth locations are assigned to help us create the best event layout possible.If you need to request a location change, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I Sell Products?
No, the whole event is totally free, no one is allowed to sell anything.
What Happens If It Rains?
In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated through the Ministerial Association Facebook and a text message.
Can I Collect Contact Information?
Yes. We encourage vendors and ministries to build relationships and connect with attendees.
Do I Need to Stay Until the End?
We ask all vendors and organizations to remain set up until the conclusion of the fireworks show whenever possible.
