A community event hosted by local churches before the rodeo parade on Saturday. Bring the whole family and enjoy inflatables, games, animals, snow cones, and more—all completely free!

What Do I Need to Know?
What Time Can I Set Up?
Vendor setup begins Saturday at 9:00 AM.
Please plan to have your booth fully set up before the event begins at 10:00 AM.
Where Is My Booth Location?
We will provide a detailed map closer to time. Please register if you plan to be a part.
What Should I Bring?
Vendors should plan to bring any items needed for their booth, including:
Tent/Canopy
Tables
Chairs
Promotional materials
Giveaway items
How wide are the booth spaces?
Each church will receive approximately 20 feet of frontage. If your activity requires additional space, please describe it when registering.
Will Electricity Be Available?
There is no power where the booths will be, so plan on battery-powered fans or generators if power is needed.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, volunteers participating in the Rodeo Fun Fest will have access to the 406 Hamlin St. bathrooms.
Can I Pass Out Church Materials?
Absolutely! The purpose of this event is to help churches, ministries, and organizations connect with people in our community. We encourage you to engage with attendees, build relationships, and invite people to your church or ministry.

No, the whole event is totally free, no one is allowed to sell anything.
